&lt;p&gt;I can&amp;#39;t think of any other reasons other than the reasons you listed above.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;Apart from obvious reasons like the node asserting, being out of range etc. that eventually leads to one of the reasons above.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ll take a closer look at the specification and see if I can find other reasons that should force the node out of the network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
