Like I said you should have a look at the examples and see how the main is done in the examples. Your main is probably missing something which is why it doesn't show up in nRF Connect APP.

Sure, but from my code can you tell is my main.c is correct or will it require any corrections?

Hi,

If you want to combine regular BLE and Bluetooth mesh, I suggest you have a look the documentation. Also have a look at our coexistence examples from the Mesh SDK.

This will give you an idea of how you can do this.
