 Is it possible to enable the transmission of 2 bytes of preamble and use the TIFS register to force a delay to transmission when in proprietary 2Mbps mode?

&lt;p&gt;Following the preamble there is a minimum of 1 byte base address which you can not disable, but you can probably use this along with a 1 byte preamble to construct a &amp;#39;2 byte preamble&amp;#39;. Base 0xAA will give total 0xAAAA.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;TIFS should work with 2Mbps proprietary, but it is only qualified and verified for use with 1Mbps BLE mode, from the PS:&lt;/p&gt;
