Did you try step 4? Did you try to copy the J-LINK interface MCU firmware to the disk before it changed size ?

Thanks for the response.

I noticed that BOOTLOADER space automatically goes down from 108KB to 104KB, as can be seen in the attached video. Even if I had copied the MCU Firmware before the device gets disconnected, there's simply not enough space. I have no idea why is that.
