DTM isn't specific to a bluetooth LE version, it is a lower layer of testing than that, as it only focuses on the radio physical layer (RF PHY), by testing the radio capabilities.

The qualification and listing of your product should state which bluetooth version you are using, normally inherited from the specific softdevice that you are basing your application upon.
