I've read sdk16 examples "pwm_library" and "pwm_driver", I also use PPK to measure pwm_driver,
the power consumptiom is around 500 uA on 52832DK with some modifications ( disable LED, button, not sure if it affect....)

But in the product

RE: power consumption of pwm

Hi,

A current consumption of ~500 uA is expected when using the PWM peripheral. The run current you see in the Electrical Specifications for the peripheral is the run current for the peripheral itself only, PWM also requires the HFCLK to run, which causes the higher current you are seeing. If you updated the duty-cycle, the EasyDMA current will also come into effect.
