We are testing a nRf8001 Implementation, DTM transmitter Test with continuous unmodulated carrier.
In the PS 1.3 / 22.5 i saw that the dynamic data is lost when entering Test mode.
The Test results are unexpected, we have no explanation

RE: nRF8001 DTM TX Power always 0dBm ?

It always transfer with 0dBm.

RE: nRF8001 DTM TX Power always 0dBm ?

hi,

does this mean that nRF8001 on DTM Mode always sends with 0dbm or does he use the settings from configuration / nvm ?

RE: nRF8001 DTM TX Power always 0dBm ?

Hi,

Unfortunately it's not possible to change the TX output power for the DTM test on the nRF8001.

If you are planning to make a new product I would recommend you look at a newer chip. e.g. the nRF52 series.
