I just wanted to tell you that I tested this on my end, and I was able to reproduce this on my end. What is happening is that the flash manager module crashes due to some previously stored data in flash.

Please do an nrfjprog --eraseall using the nRF Command Line Tool in order to completely erase the flash. That worked for me and has worked for other people in the past (see this case).

I have read the words which you give me the link. Among them, the only thing that makes me not sure is :"Erase the flash of your development boards and program the SoftDevice.". I thought I had finished adding software devices when I building the provision project by SEGGER. Anyway, I did it again according to my understanding and used the operation "build and run", but the result was the same. I must have made a mistake somewhere, could you help me find the problem?

Here you go, Dison. SES should do this for you when you do a build and run or build and debug so no worries there. What you can try to do is installing the nRF Command Line Tools and run an nrfjprog --recover command to recover the chip in case something has gone awry.

Yes, I mean the Provisioner code still do not work. Would you like send the link for " Evaluating using the static provisioner section of the Light switch example"?, I can not find it. Others, I use Segger for flashing the chips, how I can know it do a full erase on my board?

Hi Dison

I'm assuming you refer to the provisioner when you say "user is still not working". Please make sure to follow the Evaluating using the static provisioner section of the Light switch example. Make sure to do a full erase on the board before flashing it to make sure the board is "clean" before flashing the example to it.

Thanks for your reply

I have verified that the server and client are working, and I can open and control them with nRF Mesh APP. However, the user is still not working, and after finishing the programming, although Segger is displayed successfully, the four leds of PCA100056 will be lit immediately and remained on, with the buttons not responding, as if the program had entered an endless loop.

Is there some thing wrong or any special requirements when I flash the provisioner code .

Please go through the Light Switch example documentation and make sure that you've done every step of the setup and testing procedure. The example should work as intended on the nRF52840 DKs.
