to a BLE Peripheral/Central Module. Not sure which SOC or combination of them would help me achieve.

You may need level shifters.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There are UART &lt;a href="http://developer.nordicsemi.com/"&gt;examples available in the nRF51 SDK&lt;/a&gt;.
