So, even though we have modified the layout of the reference design and have a different antenna matching network and different antenna, we don't need to test for BT qualification, and should use QDID 125047 ? Is this correct ?

Hi,

I understand. But our qualified design includes RF testing of the chip and the reference design, and that is good enough for Bluetooth qualification. (You do need to do RF testing for FCC and CE marking, but that is unrelated to Bluetooth qualification.)

We are not using any module, we are using the bare chip with our antenna solution, and S132, and beleive we must do the RFPHY testing ?

No. I suspect you have selected that you have selected Qualification Process with Required Testing. Is that the case? If so, that is incorrect, since it should only be used when "Creating a new design or combination that does not involve only previously qualified Bluetooth End Products or Subsystems". You should follow the Qualification Process with No Required Testing, since you are referring to Nordic's qualified design ("Using another member organization’s previously qualified Bluetooth End Products or Subsystems in your product with no changes or additions to the Bluetooth design.").
