We have a driver for windows called the PC BLE driver, but it does not use the Windows BLE drivers.

Thank you, I do have a couple of BLE USB devices that we use for development successfully already, but I was looking to use your dongle instead so I can "sniff" what goes through ether and be able to troubleshoot.

This is exactly what I need, but I was hoping it was already implemented.

Any plans on your end as to implementing the USB BLE driver?

I'm still not sure which of the two scenarios I've listed you're after.

The Dongle won't be listed as a Bluetooth device when connected via USB unless you write a USB BLE driver for both the dongle and Windows.

I'm confused. Do you want to use the dongle as a PC's BLE modem or do you want to use a PC's existing BLE modem and windows drivers to connect to the dongles via BLE?

Not sure what trace or log would be usefull as it seems that it's on the HW or driver level.

On the left a screenshot of how your device is seen in device manager, vs how a "regular" Bluetooth device is seen on the right.

It doesn't seem like it's Microsoft, as the dongle is not being recognized by Windows as a Bluetooth device.

Let me rephrase - why doesn't the dongle register as a Bluetooth device in Windows?

My first call is Windows.Devices.Bluetooth.BluetoothAdapter.GetDefaultAsync(), and it returns no values.
