Hi,

I still have this issue, nRF mesh app unable to display node features. I tried the solution provided by Andreas: "To see what features a node supports you will need to go to Element 1 / Config Server model and then Pull to refresh to read the states of each of the features for that nodes. For Android it looks to be automatically fetched after provisioning, while for iOS you need to read them manually. The app only reads Default TTL and the Composition Data when it enters that screen for the first time (or when they were not read before)." from this post (+) Bluetooth Mesh - Send customize data/command to node - Nordic Q&A - Nordic DevZone - Nordic DevZone (nordicsemi.com). But I am not able to pull to refresh. Therefore, I am thinking is there a way to get this information using nRF connect SDK. If so, what function should I looking into?

Hello,

I have pushed a commit with a fix: https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/IOS-nRF-Mesh-Library/commit/cb270216d55a45b21376dd53f408a3c3e534b8df available on develop branch right now. The commit fixes refreshing of node features after entering the screen.

However, at lest in Mesh SDK 3.2, the Composition Data always return features 0x03, meaning that Friend is not supported, despite being enabled. Only refreshing Configuration Server screen fixes this. I have to look closer into it, whether it's our issue or in SDK. And perhaps try SDK for Mesh 4.0.

Hi.

Thank you for the feedback. It seems this is an issue with the nRF Mesh app itself, and is not reflecting the actual supported features of the Mesh node.

Will report this internally.
