Thanks, I was confused as I was sent 2 sims and I think I put the wrong one in. No idea what the other one is for.

JohnStaveley, are you following the Thingy:91 Getting Started Guide? This should provide all relevant information for you to achieve the goal.

If not, please register a new private ticket with your issue and location, and please share ICCID you are trying to register.

I would like to register my iBasis SIM with Thingy91 and https://nrfcloud.com. The ICCIS is 20 digits and the box only allows 18 digits.

The answer below "For your application, please click "Skip this step"" really doesn't explain to me how to do this as the following screen is even less obvious:

DeviceId, Pin, groups

If I can't use the first method of registering the iBasis card, what do I use for the second?!

Hello Tibor,

As far as we know, Sunrise doesn't have LTEM/NB IoT coverage in Switzerland, only Swisscon has.

The SIM card registration in nRF Cloud is for the iBasis SIM card only.

This allows users to manage the iBasis SIM card in nRF Cloud i.e. to buy more data to this SIM
