An update from my side. I was able to reproduce the error here. Failing at the same time. I have got a modem trace and forwarded it to our R&D team.

Will get back to you when I know more.

Thanks for your response. Please find attached the modem trace and corresponding LTE link monitor output log. On second connection attempt when connect call is stuck the trace size did not increased further, I waited for 10 minutes and pressed the stop capture button.
