Thanks a lot for your reply, it is totally appreciated.
But currently I am building a WSN , and I am looking for just a transceiver and not a complete system on chip,
I need recent series that is very alike to NRF24L01 (just transceiver), and also is supported by openthread.

Hello,

The nRF24L01+ is a product that is in volume production, and various modules exists by third party manufacturers. However the product is >10years old, and there have not been any new software development the last decade.

For new development you should check out the nRF52-series, for instance the nRF52810 that is a complete system on chip solution with mcu, radio, and a range of gpios and serial interfaces. A free commercial license of the Segger Embedded Studio IDE is available when developing with nRF products. Getting a few nRF52-DK is the preferred starting point.
