Could you try nRF-Command-Line-Tools 10.9.0? There were some stability improvements in this version. Otherwise, we'll take another look.

Cut SB40 to allow measuring current via P22.
Connect power measurement equipment to P22.

Hi,

1) Have you done any HW changes to the PDK? i.e. cut or soldered any of the solder bridges?

2) What version of the PDK you have?

3) Do you see the same issue with the application core?

nrfjprog -f NRF53 --coprocessor CP_APPLICATION --eraseall

4) Could you try downloading the latest J-link driver from https://www.segger.com/downloads/jlink/#J-LinkSoftwareAndDocumentationPack , and see if the issue persists.

Latest version seems to be v6.62d.

Check that you get

JLinkARM.dll version: 6.62d

when doing nrfjprog --version.

Then try to do recover on the network core:

nrfjprog -f NRF53 --coprocessor CP_NETWORK --recover --log

If you still get the same error, then try to hold the IF BOOT/RESET button down while executing the command.
