Have you rebuilt with a "clean" build?

There's probably a set of configs for the NS build still present.

I use west init -m https://github.com/NordicPlayground/fw-nrfconnect-nrf --mr v1.2.0 get the code of v1.2.0 .

I tried the third step ,set to nRF5340 DK nRF5340 Application MCU.But it still doesn't work.

If I import the project with nrf5340_dk_nrf5340_cpuapp, it works fine with log printed

In step 3 you try to build the SMP for the non-secure partition and that is not possible, it has to reside in the secure partition otherwise it would not be secure.
