Everything is fine. I have done more tests and even with the code I thought the problem started and I am not causing any errors. Now it is being detecting always the device. I can load any code and also I can recover it without any problem.

So it seems that the problem was that those programming pins were "damaged" and that they were "reset" by heating the micro. And maybe the fact of not having the lastest updates was also another problem.

The question that remains is to know how I achieved to "damage" them.

Uhmmm. We have heat a bit the micro and now EVERYTHINGS works correctly again! I see the debug messages in the J-Link RTT Viewer and also I can flash code again.

I don't understand what could have happend.

Maybe you are right that only those pins were "locked out" and heating the micro we have "reset" something.

By the moment I can say the problem is fixed. Althought I'm going to do few more test. I'll tell you tomorrow.

I tried with a .bat with a loop. And it ran more than 200 times.devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../recover.bat

🙈 Right now I really don't know if I lied to you. Now I am no longer able to connect with the target from the J-Link RTT Viewer. In fact I think now my target has definitely dead because I don't see a correct running. But I was able to program it many times so I understand that it was correctly powered and correctly connected, or shouldn't I?

May be only those pins broke. But do you know possible causes that can cause that?

Can you still try to run the recover command in nrfjprog multiple times, to make sure there is no issues with getting the debugger connected due to this errata.

I mean an image of how you have powered the board and how it is connected to the debugger.

Which application image did you flash to the board before the issue occurred?

We don't have WDT enabled so the answer is no.

Yes. We have another and we have test with both of them with the same results.

Did you flash some firmware running the watchdog? Please see this errata.

Do you have a different debugger that you can try? Can you post an image of your setup and connections?

It looks like the debugger cannot find the device. Is it powered correctly, and is the SWD pins correctly connected?

The --coprocessor option should not be used with nRF52 devices.
