Maybe I didn't describe the problem clearly. What I want to ask is if the "install codes" function is used, can sniffer see the communication data? What key is used to decrypt on sniffer?

I have not tested this. Did you capture the network from the very start of the formation of the network?

It may be that since the install code is required, the keys that the sniffer the would require to decrypt the network packets are never actually sent over the air, and hence, it would not be able to decrypt it.

My understanding is that this should work. Have you tested? Did it not work? If not, I would have to discuss with our Zigbee team. Is it possible to do a sniffer trace of the network when you try to add devices both with the predefined Install Codes and the HA predefined link key?
