thank you, then if other version of the softdevice have the parameters like this? (such as I want to start broadcast after 12 hours, then broadcast 2 hours and stop 10 hours. and then broadcast 2 hours and stop 10 hours, and so on.)

There is no built-in way to set parameters like the one you are looking for.
See:
GAP Advertising interval max and min

You will have to implement a solution for this yourself, i.e using timers or on input action.
It's possible to change the advertising params each time you start advertising.
Note that the maximum timeout for advertising is 180s (GAP Advertising timeout values), so you need to advertise unlimited and control this with your application.
