They do not have the same license as the nordic files do.

We redistribute those in the nRF5 SDK itself, so they can be re-distributed under each respective license, but you should look at the licenses to see if there is any conflict in the way you want to redistribute.

The nRF5 Nordic license allows redistribution per the license: https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF5_SDK/nRF5_SDK_v15.x.x/doc/15.3.0/nRF5_Nordic_license.txt
