Hello Simon,

I had uninstalled nRF Command Line tools & downloaded the latest version [Segger Embedded Studio for ARM V4.50]

DK board was successfully flashed

Check out the points given in this ticket:

Have you done any current measurements recently? If that is the case, make sure to attach a jumper on connector P23?
Have you installed the latest version of the nRF Command Line tools?
Can you find the board in Device Manager?
Is LED5 blinking?
Could you test with another USB cable or a different USB port?
