 Because I have no space for additional transistors on my board I made a design with nrF52840 and rgb led connected to 5V. 
 Configuration o GPIO pins:

&lt;p&gt;You are loading the internal ESD diodes in this case (which is why it does not exceed ~3.6V), loading the ESD diodes&amp;nbsp;over time may cause EOS damage. So we can&amp;#39;t recommend you to do this.&lt;/p&gt;
