 I have been trying the Zigbee CLI light example. 
 And I modifed the main.c file to have the network saved &amp;quot;ZB_FALSE&amp;quot; and then flashed the updated hex file to 52840 Dongle for testing.

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;You will have to ask Philips on how to hard factory reset the bulbs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;I assume that you mean that you have set the ERASE_PERSISTENT_CONFIG to ZB_TRUE?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Do you have a DK (instead of a dongle?) Perhaps it is easier when you have debug capabilities to see what events that occur, monitor the log and so on.&lt;/p&gt;
