It is correct that the fix has not been added in 0.4.0 release. See my updated answer.

Releases are shipped when the planned features are ready, there is no fixed schedule for this product. A rough estimate would be abt. 1 month from now.

Hi, there has been identified issues in the DLL causing problems during initialization. A fix is in the works for next release.

Update: The before mentioned fix regarding problems running the driver twice did not make it into release 0.4.0. The current plan is that it will be added in release 0.5.0 (Q2 2015).
