&lt;p&gt;Have you tested the application without the bootloader on your custom PCB? Does it run as expected?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can you try the debug bootloader project foun in:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;SDK_X.Y.Z\examples\dfu\secure_bootloader\pca10040_ble_debug&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And monitor the logging on your custom PCB?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What would you say are the main differences on the custom PCB and the DK? Do you have an external LFXTAL?&lt;/p&gt;
