Thanks, I used 6.44i and it shows host FW February 19 -2019
That did not work, maybe its unrelated.

What letter of 6.44? did you use to get January 7th -2019 ?

Choose "Replace firmware" instead of update firmware.

Hi,

I have same problem.

I try to do the same downgrade but it wont downgrade.

And i find nowhere to bypass or select firmware.

Updating firmware of 1 emulator:
Updating firmware of emulator 1 of 1 via USB (SN: 960023899)... Not updated, emulator firmware is newer than host firmware.
Finished updating 1 emulator!

I fixed it. I installed JLink 6.44e and used JLink configurator to install the old firmware (right click on connected JLink and choose "Replace firmware") (Firmware: J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi compiled Jan 7 2019 14:07:15). JLink commander 6.64 asks to update the firmware every time so it would be good to see a fix for this issue
