Hi,

The softdevice is using RTC0, and this errata is fully handled by the softdevice and not something the application need to consider for RTC0. You can safely presume that all peripherals used by the softdevice will apply or use workarounds described in the erratas, unless the errata mention otherwise.

The actual peripherals used by the softdevice can be found in the softdevice documentation, for instance see for S112 softdevice:
