&lt;p&gt;To debug this I suggest that you start with the default HID keyboard example from the SDK, and then copy in parts of you code until it fails. For instance first just copy the report map, does it still work? Then update the security requirements, does it still work? Then update the gap params, does it still work? Once you know what setting is causing it to fail I can be of more help.&lt;/p&gt;
