Since we already own a nRF24LU1+ development kit and some nRF24LE1+, are there any examples about a simple transmitter and receiver setup?

RE: nRF24LU1 characteristics and capabilities

Hi,

For new development I recommend to check out the nRF52-series (e.g. nRF52810 and nRF52840 (with USB)). The nRF24-series I would say is no longer recommended for new development due to the tools have not been updated for very many years (e.g. some tools may still require Windows XP). You can do the same using the nRF52-series, useful links:

https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v16.0.0/esb_users_guide.html
https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v16.0.0/examples_esb.html
https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v16.0.0/examples_usb.html

The short answer to all your question is yes, but you will need to develop the application to do as you wish.
