I'm trying to use an nRF52840 Dongle to make measurements from 4 SMT172 temperature sensors.
I developed a proof of concept on an nRF52840 DK, where I connect all 4 sensors to pins 1.00, 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, and using TIMER0 capture tasks and GPIOTE

RE: nRF52840 Dongle : pin 0.13 affected by pin 0.15 ?

The nRF52840 DK uses pins 13 and 15 for LEDs, so if the nRF52 Dongle code is based on the same configuration the Nordic software is happily playing with the LEDs behind the scenes while the intention is clearly to use them otherwise. See sdk_config.h and .\components\boards\pca10056.h for potential issues.
