 But I can&amp;#39;t see J-link device after connecting USB. 
 
 I installed J-link(segger), nRFgo studio, nrf command. But I can&amp;#39;t see my PCA10040 board.

&lt;p&gt;Does the LED next to the Segger chip (LD5 on silkscreen) light up when you connect the USB to the board? I see from your 2nd screenshot that the debugger SN is not even showing up so I&amp;#39;m wondering if the Jlink is getting power.
