 As check the ref. schematic of CKAA, the pin count shows 94. 
 
 But in the below table shows the pin count is 93 
 
 Is there a typo in the datasheet (V1.1)?

&lt;p&gt;Sorry, I mixed up the WLCSP package and the QFAA package. There are 94 balls on the nRF52840 WLCSP package and no ground plane. There is an error in the datasheet table in section 10.4, as it should say 94. This will be corrected in the next release of the PS.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And we tried to count the &amp;quot;Table 143: WLCSP ball assignments, we got ball count is 94 also.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Does the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;94th &amp;quot;pin&amp;quot; list in the &amp;quot;Table 143&amp;quot;?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is because the 94th &amp;quot;pin&amp;quot; is the ground plane that is under the chip. The reason it isn&amp;#39;t added in the ball count is that it isn&amp;#39;t a ball per se, and is not configurable.&lt;/p&gt;
