Hi to see if PSM mode is enabled do like described in this post: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/51962/gps-and-lte-issue/210272#210272

If you try the latest master I believe nRFCloud A-GPS is enabled. That might be enough to give you a gps fix even without having PSM mode.

On further check, we have successfully tested PSM mode in Canada, so far only in the Montreal area.

What SIM card do you have? Most operators do not grant PSM to roaming SIM cards (e.g. the iBasis that comes with the nRF9160 DK). If your SIM card doesn't support PSM, please order an IoT SIM from your local carrier.
