Hello,

I assume you have downloaded and unzipped nRF5 SDK from:
http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF5_SDK/ (the current latest is v16.0), after doing this you can follow the "procedure" linked in my reply here:

Make sure to follow also the last text: "...projects you have already open previous you need to unzip again."

Edit: Do not use any of the projects in the pack installer in Keil, these are outdated. You need to download nRF5 SDK as linked above.
