I did both things you suggested (remove ses_nrf_Vectors.s and include NO_VTOR_CONFIG in the preprocessor defines), but it still doesn't work

also check if NO_VTOR_CONFIG is defined in your preprocessor defines in the project settings. This needs to be defined.

you probably can remove it, since the vector table is now inside ses_startup_nrf52840.s as shown in my image.

Yes. I did that. The only file that it doesn't have to be equal to the SDK examples is "ses_nrf52_Vectors.s"

I think I remember some problem like that before, I needed to remove the startup files added by the segger by default and add the startup files from the nRF SDK. Please open any SES based example from the SDK and you will see that the startup files are included as below

If you match this same in your exported project, rest should work properly as far as I know.
