(v28_9_6_0_r0 package also fails)

&lt;p&gt;Just a followup for anyone following my post...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The error message received: nrfjprog DDL failed. Try again. If it keeps failing, please reinstall nrfjprog.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I then downloaded the latest nRF-Command-Line-Tools_10_7_0_Installer_64.exe and&amp;nbsp; vc_redist.x64.exe.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I then extracted and copied the follow files into the firmware folder within the upgrade package.&lt;/p&gt;
