I will have our website administrator take a look tomorrow. In the meantime, I know some other customers have had luck just trying the process a few times.

Hoang is correct, a denial comes when those three conditions are not fulfilled.

I got the same problem before:

check again 3 conditions:

Unless you must wait for nordic's engineer.

Thank you very much for the reply.

I included the SUPL part into my code, I am trying to get the SUPL client but my application has been disapproved.

Please see the attached email screenshot.

Please let me know what i can do to get my application approve so that i can download the SUPL client.

You can try:

1. https://github.com/NordicPlayground/fw-nrfconnect-nrf/tree/master/samples/nrf9160/gps

2. in prj.conf:

# Enable SUPL client support
CONFIG_SUPL_CLIENT_LIB=y

You need to update the Modem firmware v1.1.1 : https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Prototyping-platforms/Nordic-Thingy-91/Download

And, it depends on the SIMcard also
