Hi Corona,

you are right, you should select the right clock source to make it work.

Clock RC is the internal clock source of the nordic 52810.

Actually I just solved it on my board - I don't have a 32K crystal on my module, but zephyr was expecting I did.

I copied the following config from the bbc_microbit board into my board defconfig and my module suddenly works perfectly!

# clock control
CONFIG_CLOCK_CONTROL_NRF_K32SRC_RC=y
CONFIG_CLOCK_CONTROL_NRF_K32SRC_250PPM=y

Hi, did you ever have success with the nrf52810 running HCI_UART?

I'm trying to get the same working, with the rest of the bluetooth stack running in a connected STM chip. in my case advertising seems to work but the connection times out when trying to connect.

Could you try to attach a logic analyzer to check the UART signals? Also, could you try to debug the nRF52810 to check what is happening at that end?

Hi Simon,

We have a custom PCB board, contain arm CPU and nordic 52810 chip on it, they are connected by UART.

Run a Linux OS as a BLE Host (GATT server also run in Linux), Nordic 52810 chip runs zephyr hci_uart FW as a BLE controller.

The system architecture shows below

In test 1 (GATT server ---- Host (Linux 4.4+Bluez 5.48) ---- UART ---- Controller (Nordic 52810) ---- Android with nRF connect), how do you connect the custom board to the computer through UART? Are you using a USB to TTL serial cable like this?
