Yes, it is.

Have you looked into eDRX or PSM? This allows your modem to sleep between transmitting/receiving to/from the network.

Hi Simon,

Due to our application needs the LTE service always be online, so we cannot shutdown the modem and enter into system 0ff mode(cannot use AT#SLEEP=1).

That is, our question is how much power consumption can be reduced without power-off modem?

Is the slm already in IDLE mode before issuing AT#XSLEEP=0?

Could you try to set XSLEEP to 1, which will make it enter sleep? By default, it is set to 0 (idle). We are working on improving the documentation to include this.
