&lt;p&gt;I have not seen the signal notation you&amp;#39;re using before but a colleague suggested 6 RB is tone count and 0 is dBm. In that case for &lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ref_at_commands/REF/at_commands/mob_termination_ctrl_status/xrftest_tx_test.html"&gt;TX testing&lt;/a&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;lt;param2&amp;gt; is TX signal power at antenna where you can select 0 dBm and &amp;lt;param5&amp;gt; is RB/Tone count where you can set 6 RB. Table 1 also shows you allowed parameter combinations for &amp;lt;param5&amp;gt;, &amp;lt;param6&amp;gt; and &amp;lt;param7&amp;gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I think the AT command&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ref_at_commands/REF/at_commands/mob_termination_ctrl_status/xrftest.html"&gt;%XRFTEST&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is what you&amp;#39;re looking for. It performs RF testing for the nRF9160 and you can choose both RX testing and TX testing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
