&lt;p&gt;You can pre-load payloads as long as STATUS register does not return TX_FULL (this can be done while a&amp;nbsp;payload is transmitted). Make sure that you always handle IRQ, and for instance clear the interrupt source and toggle CE afterwards to send the packet that you have already pre-loaded.&lt;/p&gt;
