It is hard for us to give you any advice without knowing what the script does. As I said, these look like simple definition of variables, they are not directly translatable into J-Link commands without knowing what the batch script uses these for.

Yes these are commands from a batch script. the two first lines I changed them into

loadfile path/bootlader_merged.hex

loadfile path/app_merged.hex

But for the rest I don't seem to find the equivalent commands in J-link.

Hi,

I'm not sure I understand your question. Where did you find these commands? Was this a script you wrote yourself?

This just looks like definition of variables that will be used later in the script.
