My boss wants very low power consumption. I think the host can wake up the slaves that are broadcasting during sleep, but it is not possible to complete sleep

RE: nrf52832 master wakes up the slave under sleep?nrf52832 slave wakes up the host under sleep?

Thank you for the online power consumption calculation

RE: nrf52832 master wakes up the slave under sleep?nrf52832 slave wakes up the host under sleep?

Hi,

It is not possible to wake up the device from Complete sleep (system off) using RF. But as you say, the device can be broadcasting while in idle mode and be "waken up" by a scanner. This means the scanner will have to spend more time in RX while the broadcaster can stay in idle mode most of the time depending on broadcast interval. For BLE applications I would recommend that yuo use the online power profiler to estimate power consumption: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/power/

RE: nrf52832 master wakes up the slave under sleep?nrf52832 slave wakes up the host under sleep?

I got it.thanks.

RE: nrf52832 master wakes up the slave under sleep?nrf52832 slave wakes up the host under sleep?

Brother, you need to register an account yourself.
