Thank you. I changed to the diffrent network and it's worked. Looks like my previous network block the actiavation.

Hi,

Did you get the SIM activated?

If not, could you try to register the SIM from your phone (or at home), in case the current network is behind a firewall or similar that is blocking this activation.
