&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately, there is very limited support for BLE Coded PHY (long-range)/Extended advertising for mobile phones as of yet. I found &lt;a href="https://www.xda-developers.com/check-bluetooth-5-all-features-supported/"&gt;this blog &lt;/a&gt;that includes a brief list of mobile phones that support these optional Bluetooth 5 features. Also, most of the newer high-end phones generally support these features.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On a personal level, I can add that the Nokia 8.1 supports LE 2M, but not Coded PHY or Extended Advertising. Also, keep in mind that to support Coded PHY, a phone also needs to support Extended advertising, as Coded PHY relies on Extended advertising to work.&lt;/p&gt;
