Regarding your questions:

You can find the current implementation of S110 version in mbed by looking at the repository here You can also check which S110 version in your project by exporting the project to Keil for example and look at the folder in mbed\TARGET_NRF51822\TARGET_NORDIC\TARGET_NRF51822\Lib
Regarding the road map, I think it's the best to ask on mbed site. You can send the question to Rohit Grover. You can find him here.

Thanks for the quick response. Perhaps I wasn't clear enough :-) This document is in fact the one I was referring to with "the same kind of info that's in the published compatibility matrix for Keil MDK development directly with the SDK, S1x0 stacks, etc." with which I'm well familiar. What I need now is how these various components are supported/compatible in the mbed port both now and planned (in a roadmap).
