Please take a screenshot when the issue occurs.
Have you made sure you flashed the firmware for the PPK ?

You didn't have the issue last time when you posted the question ? Has the PPK worked and you managed to measure current before ?

I have reviewed the PPK user manual. I get an error when connecting to nrf52840dk with the nrfConnect program.

"Error while probing devices: Error occured when get serial numbers. Errorcode: Could not execute the function due to too many calls in line (0xe)". The led was on when I installed the first ppk. Then when I put it on, the led did not light up. I wonder if ppk is broken?.

Hi Sema,

Have you cut the solder bridge SB40 on the PCA10056 as instructed here (and in the PPK user guide) ?
