I have the same problem. Using same email and my applicaction was not approved. Any reason ?

Hi Maciej,

the problem is due to a)the system we're using for this, and b)was affected by the fact that you have two emails registered with us.
No excuses, but I registered once again using your gmail and the license was granted. You were right along though - you meet all the criteria 🙂

Hi, yes, as I said I meet all cryteria. The only solution I found in other posts was provided by private message with one of you.

did you follow this advice from another post?

You must meet the general eligibility criteria of the library license agreement
You must be a member of the DevZone, registered to the same email as used when applying for this license
You must have logged in to the DevZone less than 4 weeks ago.

Also, please make sure that you are using the same computer, browser and email address for signup and download."
