@ImQ009 Is your current consumption problem also fixed when you power-reset the nRF51 chip? ~1mA is what I have seen in my case, but apparently it seems that it varies a bit. The current consumption in debug mode is not really specified.

1mA extra? That doesn't sound right either if he reported a current of 4mA, which is what I'm getting as well

Hi Thanks for your feedback. Yes, power-reset is what you have to do after flashing the code to the chip in order to get normal current consumption. Otherwise, the chip will remain in debug mode, which consumes ~1mA extra current consumption.

Looks like it needs to be powered off and powered on after flash to work properly!
